LOCATION/PARKING: 40th St. & Ocean Dr., Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. South Side of the El Porto Beach.
Note: Entrance to the lot is 45th St and Ocean Dr. in Manhattan Beach. Enter the parking lot and drive south until you near the 40th St lifeguard tower. There is additional parking past the lifeguard tower. Tents will be setup just south of the 40th st tower
